​SMART LAB CAMPS

Every summer the Foundation holds low cost SMART Lab Camps on the Porterville College campus thanks in part to a grant from Southern California Edison.  The 4-day long camps take place 4-5 times throughout the summer with roughly 60-75 campers.  Camps are held from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and are geared towards 4th – 6th grade students.  For many campers this is their first time on the Porterville College campus giving them early exposure to higher education opportunities available locally.

​Cost:  $25.00 per student

​Dates & Times:
Camp dates are typically announced in late March early April.  Stay tuned for 2020 camp dates and information.

Refunds:

• If your child cannot attend the camp and the college is notified in writing (in the Business/Foundation Office, AC- 102) at least 10 business days before it begins, we will issue a full refund.
• The college reserves the right to change class curriculum, due to instructor participation. In the event that the camp is canceled, due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
